Sports Fans Pizza completed a perfect 18-0 season in 2016, winning both the regular-season and postseason tournament titles in the 8-under division.

7-Eleven (17-2) was the runner-up during the season and in the tournament's championship bracket, the latter in an 18-17 thriller.

Iossi Construction (third) and Hy-Vee (fourth) also earned regular-season trophies.

Breedlove's defeated McDonald's, 12-11, in the tournament's consolation bracket final.
