BPV remains in a holding pattern

Bettendorf-Pleasant Valley Youth Baseball remains hopeful of having a season this summer despite Iowa canceling all spring sports activities and keeping schools closed through the remainder of this spring term.

BPV continues to be suspended until state and local officials make a determination about activities in June and July and beyond. For instance, the Iowa high school summer sports of baseball and softball are in the same wait-and-see position. An altered BPV program schedule will be determined when we are allowed to resume on-field activities.

The local city park amenities, such as ballfields, playgrounds and picnic shelters, still remain closed until further notice.

BPV’s all-volunteer Board of Directors continues working behind the scenes in preparation for the 2020 season.

BPV registration remains open at
